The Company issued a press release on September 23, 2021 announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share of common stock outstanding. The dividend will be paid on October 25, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 15, 2021. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference.
